Je pot\u0159eba pracovat systematicky, proto vznik\u00e1 tento Pl\u00e1n podpory nad\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00fd bude t\u0159eba st\u00e1le upravovat, p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat dle aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situace a efektivn\u011b aplikovat v\u00a0praxi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>Jak vn\u00edm\u00e1me nadan\u00e9ho \u017e\u00e1ka<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00e9\u010de o nadan\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ky se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed Z\u00e1konem \u010d. 561\/2004 Sb., z\u00e1kon o p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00edm, z\u00e1kladn\u00edm, st\u0159edn\u00edm, vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm odborn\u00e9m a jin\u00e9m vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed (\u0161kolsk\u00fd z\u00e1kon). V tomto z\u00e1kon\u011b \u00a717 a\u017e 19 pojedn\u00e1v\u00e1 o r\u016fzn\u00fdch mo\u017enostech p\u0159\u00edstupu k t\u011bmto \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pravidla a organizace p\u00e9\u010de o nadan\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ky se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed vyhl\u00e1\u0161kou \u010d. 27\/2016 Sb., vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka o vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f se speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami a \u017e\u00e1k\u016f nadan\u00fdch (\u00a7 27 a\u017e \u00a7 31).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jednou z nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00edch definic nadan\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed je\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e&#8230; jsou to d\u011bti, kter\u00e9 jsou identifikov\u00e1ny profesion\u00e1ln\u011b kvalifikovan\u00fdmi osobami jako d\u011bti s p\u0159ednostmi v\u00fdzna\u010dn\u00fdmi pro schopnost vysok\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu. Tyto d\u011bti vy\u017eaduj\u00ed diferencovan\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed programy a slu\u017eby nad r\u00e1mec b\u011b\u017en\u011b poskytovan\u00fdch klasick\u00fdm vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm programem k tomu, aby mohly p\u0159isp\u011bt ke sv\u00e9mu prosp\u011bchu i u\u017eitku spole\u010dnosti. D\u011bti schopn\u00e9 vysok\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu zahrnuj\u00ed ty, kter\u00e9 demonstruj\u00ed prosp\u011bch anebo potenci\u00e1l v jak\u00e9koliv jedn\u00e9 \u010di v\u00edce z t\u011bchto oblast\u00ed:<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 intelektov\u00e9 schopnosti,<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">specifick\u00e1\/jednotliv\u00e1 akademick\u00e1 zp\u016fsobilost,<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kreativn\u00ed a produktivn\u00ed my\u0161len\u00ed,<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">schopnosti v\u016fdcovstv\u00ed,<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">v\u00fdtvarn\u00e9 um\u011bn\u00ed,<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">psychomotorick\u00e9 schopnosti.\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0(Davis, Rimm, 1998).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nadan\u00e9 d\u011bti maj\u00ed sv\u00e1 charakteristick\u00e1 specifika. Jejich v\u00fd\u010det se r\u016fzn\u00ed v pojet\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch autor\u016f. Pro ilustraci uv\u00e1d\u00edme\u00a0<\/span><b>p\u0159ehled dle S. Na web dopln\u00edme informace o podpo\u0159e nadan\u00ed, do pl\u00e1nu tradi\u010dn\u00edch \u0161koln\u00edch akc\u00ed dopln\u00edme setk\u00e1n\u00ed nadan\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f (cca 2x za \u0161koln\u00ed rok), jejich rodi\u010d\u016f a \u0160PP. Vize a koncepce \u0161koly bude reflektov\u00e1na na srpnov\u00e9 pedagogick\u00e9 rad\u011b.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Identifikace nadan\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>V\u00fdchoz\u00ed stav:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Na na\u0161\u00ed \u0161kole m\u00e1me identifikovan\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ky d\u00edky PPP. Ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b na za\u010d\u00e1tku \u0161koln\u00edho roku budou pedagogov\u00e9 aktualizovat nominaci nadan\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, kter\u00fdm bude nastaven 1. stupe\u0148 podp\u016frn\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed. Nominaci bude p\u0159edkl\u00e1dat t\u0159\u00eddn\u00ed u\u010ditel a bude ji zapisovat do Bakal\u00e1\u0159\u016f. Nad\u00e1le se budeme sna\u017eit spolupracovat s\u00a0MUNI Brno v r\u00e1mci pilotn\u00edho testov\u00e1n\u00ed syst\u00e9mu INVENIO. T\u00edmto screeningem se da\u0159\u00ed potvrzovat na\u0161e domn\u011bnky i objevovat tak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed nadan\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>C\u00edl pro tento \u0161koln\u00ed rok:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> U\u010dit\u00e9l\u00e9 i \u0160PP budou nominovat nadan\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ky. Na ka\u017edou objevenou pot\u0159ebu budeme hledat opat\u0159en\u00ed k\u00a0podpo\u0159e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Mo\u017enosti k dosa\u017een\u00ed c\u00edle:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> B\u00fdt st\u00e1le aktivn\u00ed p\u0159i vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nadan\u00fdch. Zapisovat je do sd\u00edlen\u00e9 tabulky, kter\u00e1 je dostupn\u00e1 pedagogick\u00e9mu sboru. Data st\u00e1le aktualizovat.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>3. P\u00e9\u010de o pedagogick\u00fd sbor<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>V\u00fdchoz\u00ed stav:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pat\u0159\u00edme do krajsk\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b podpory nad\u00e1n\u00ed. Cel\u00fd pedagogick\u00fd sbor byl pro\u0161kolen v identifikaci a pr\u00e1ci s nadan\u00fdmi. Od podzimu 2024 je pro\u0161kolen\u00fd koordin\u00e1tor podpory nad\u00e1n\u00ed pro 1. stupe\u0148.
